Welcome to Jalalle. By downloading, accessing, or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jalalle. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Not share your account with anyone else
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Community Guidelines

Jalalle is a respectful community built on shared values. You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use someone else's photos or impersonate another person
• Send harassment, abuse, or threatening messages
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Solicit money or engage in any commercial activity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to evade a ban

3a. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Jalalle. Accounts involved are permanently banned and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement:

• Human trafficking in any form, including sexual exploitation, forced labour, and the recruitment, transport or harbouring of any person for those purposes.
• Sexual exploitation of any person, including coercion, sextortion, and commercial sexual exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting sexual or intimate images of any person without their consent.
• Aiding, abetting, facilitating or encouraging abuse of any person, including domestic abuse, coercive control, stalking, and physical or sexual violence.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to contact or groom a minor. Jalalle is for adults aged 18 and over only.
• Prostitution or the solicitation of commercial sexual services.

4. Profile Verification

We offer selfie verification so members can show their profile is genuine, and verified profiles carry a badge. By completing verification, you consent to us using your selfie image for identity verification purposes only. Verified status may be revoked if we determine any violation of these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Jalalle offers a free tier and three paid subscription tiers (Starter, Premium, and Elite), each available as a weekly, monthly, 6-month or yearly subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Jalalle. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without notice or refund. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jalalle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the app will be error-free, or that it will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jalalle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or relationships.

10. Safety

While we work hard to maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the actions of all users. We encourage you to:

• Never share financial or highly sensitive personal information
• Meet in public places for first dates
• Report any suspicious behaviour using the in-app report feature
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Jalalle after changes constitutes acceptance.
